Creating a strong brand inside Sparkle.io is now faster, smarter, and requires minimal manual input. With the latest update, all you need to do is enter your website, and Sparkle’s AI will automatically populate your brand details — including your brand name, industry, solution, and USPs. You can review and edit everything before saving.

This guide walks you through the new brand creation process and explains how each field supports better personalization and higher-quality outreach.

Step 1: Enter Your Website or Domain

Start by entering your brand’s website (for example: sparkle.io).
This is the only field you need to fill in manually.

Why this matters:
Your website provides the most accurate information about:

  • What your company offers

  • Who you serve

  • Your messaging and positioning

  • Key product benefits

Sparkle’s AI uses this data to generate high-quality brand inputs that power your email campaigns, templates, and personalization.

Step 2: Let AI Auto-Populate Your Brand Details

After you submit your website, Sparkle’s AI automatically extracts and fills the following fields:

1. Brand Name*

AI identifies your official brand name based on your website content.

Why it matters:
Your brand name maintains consistency across your messaging and AI-generated content.

You can edit it if needed.

2. Industry*

AI assigns your brand to the correct industry (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Real Estate).

Why it matters:
Knowing your industry helps Sparkle produce accurate, relevant messaging for your campaigns.

3. What Is Your Solution?*

AI generates a clear, concise explanation of your core offering.

Example:
“Sparkle provides sales teams with an end-to-end sales management platform that helps them scale personalization and build verified email lists for business growth.”

Why it matters:
This description shapes all value-driven messaging in your campaigns.

You may refine the description to match your exact positioning.

4. Your Brand’s Unique Selling Propositions (USPs)*

AI extracts what differentiates your product or service from competitors.

Why it matters:
Your USPs improve:

  • Opening lines

  • Differentiation messaging

  • Objection handling

  • CTA clarity

Strong USPs give recipients a clear reason to choose you over alternatives.

Optional: Edit Your Brand Details

If the AI-generated content isn’t fully accurate or if you prefer a different tone, you can edit:

  • Brand Name

  • Industry

  • Solution

  • USPs

This flexibility ensures your brand information aligns perfectly with your voice and goals.

Step 3: Create and Save Your Brand

When everything looks good, click Create Brand.
Your brand will appear in the Brands list and can be used across:

  • Cold email campaigns

  • Personalization workflows

  • AI templates

  • Multichannel outreach

You can create multiple brands and switch between them as needed.

Why High-Quality Brand Inputs Matter

Your brand details directly influence the quality of all AI-generated content — including subject lines, email bodies, follow-ups, ads, landing pages, and more.

The better your inputs, the stronger and more targeted your outreach becomes.

In short: Better inputs → Better AI outputs → Better campaign performance.
